关于建设工程质量监督的几点思考

Some Thoughts About Construction Quality Supervision

建设工程质量的优劣直接关系到项目建设经济效益和工程的适用性,同人民生产财产安全息息相关。近几年来,随着建设工程建设规模的扩大,建设工程质量政府监督管理成为工程质量控制的重要方面。在新形势下,有效提高建设工程质量监督水平已经成为监督管理工作的关键要求,同时也是打造高质量工程的必要手段。论文对建设工程质量监督意义、存在的问题和处理措施进行简单分析,并对质量监督要点提出了一些认识和看法。

Construction quality is directly related to the applicability of project economic benefit and engineering,are closely related with the production and property security of people. In recent years, with the expansion of construction scale,the quality management of governmental supervision has become an important part in construction project management.In the new situation,how to effectively strengthen the construction project quality supervision and management oversight has become an inevitable requirement,but also a necessary means to create high-quality projects.In this article,the significance,existing problems and treatment measures of the construction quality supervision are analyzed simply,and talk about some superficial perceptions and views towards the key points of quality supervision.
