摘要
介绍了设备安装过程中垫铁安装质量通病的若干现象,通过对垫铁安装质量通病中的安装法选用、表面质量确认、安装高度、安装面积和夹角、安装距离较大和定位焊固定这6种常见问题进行分析,主要从垫铁所受的作用力对其稳定性方面的影响来阐述危害性,为规范垫铁的安装提供参考。
This paper lists some phenomena shim installation quality problems of equipment installation process,through the selection of iron pad,installation method of common quality defects in surface quality confirmation,installation height,installation area and angle,distance and orientation welding fixed the 6 common installation problems in analysis,main forces from the pad iron on the stability of the hazard,and provide reference for standard pad iron installation.nd municipal engineering quality detection technique and strengthen detection market supervision are discussed.
