建筑工程质量检测是建筑业的一个重要组成部分,它关乎到人民的生命和财产安全,关乎到社会的和谐稳定。目前,我国检测行业仍然存在一些弊端,工程质量检测机构要不断应用新技术,同时找准自身的定位和发展方向,积极面向市场,树立品牌意识,在核心竞争力能力构成的技术和管理要素方面做大做强,不断修炼内功,为促进我国工程建设施工行业的健康发展奠定基础。

Building quality test is the important compose of building industrial,it relation to the people’s life and estate safety and social harmonic and stability. At present,the test industry still exist some abuses,the engineering quality test organization need to apply new technology,and at same time,find out self position and develop direction,actively face to the market,build up name brand consciousness,bigger and stronger in the aspect of technology and management factors which is component from kernel competition, practice skill,laying foundation for the health development of our engineering construction industry.
