Analysis of Quality Control Problems for Ready-mixed Concrete——Quality Control of Raw Materials

原材料的质量控制水平,在很大程度上决定了混凝土的质量。而现阶段重庆地区的预拌混凝土生产企业在原材料质量控制方面的水平参差不齐,存在着较多的问题。论文主要阐述了重庆地区预拌混凝土用原材料质量现状,分析了原材料进场验收、储存及使用方面存在的问题,以及其容易造成的混凝土质量事故。

The level of quality control of raw materials,largely determines the quality of the concrete. But at this stage in Chongqing region,level of quality control of raw materials with Ready-mixed concrete manufacturer vary greatly,there still exist more problems. This paper describes the current situation of raw materials quality for ready-mixed concrete in Chongqing region. Analysis of the problems with raw materials in acceptance,storage and using,and its will likely to cause the accident of concrete.
