摘要
电解车间是会泽铅锌技改工程自动化程度最高的车间,关键设备安装精度要求非常高。为确保关键设备安装精度达到设计要求,研究制订了保证措施,科学确定关键设备安装基准,进行各设备的安装和检测,确保了设备安装精度超过规范要求,达到设计和外方要求,提高了电解车间生产的可靠性、稳定性,延长了设备的修理周期,减少了维持费和停产时间,增加了经济效益。
Electrolytic plant is the highest automatization plant in the Huize lead and zinc technique alteration,and the demand of key equipment installation is very high. In order to arrive the demand of key equipment installation design precision,we research and prepare the guarantee measure,arrived the demand of design and foreign side,improved the reliability and stability of electrolytic plant production,prolong the repair period of the equipment,reduce the maintaining cost and stop production time,increase the economic benefit.
