摘要
结合监督工作实践经验,叙述目前建设工程参建五方责任主体及检测机构存在的几种常见违法违规行为,分析原因,并提出了工程质量监督机构相应监督管理方法及建议。
Combined with the supervision work experience,this paper described several common illegal behaviors existed in the present construction participation five main responsibility and detection mechanism,analyzed the reasons,and put forward the corresponding supervision and management methods of engineering quality supervision institutions and suggestions.
