Research on the Quality Management and Control Measures of the Newly Built Civil Building Primary Decoration

为了避免毛坯房二次装修的材料浪费、环境污染和质量隐患等一系列问题,从建筑平面的确定、初装修的项目和建筑做法、样板房制作和验收、分户验收等环节加强初装修质量管理和控制研究,提升新建民用建筑的耐久性、舒适度和安全性。在精心设计、精准施工方面创新管理,创新质量控制措施,实现了毛坯房到全装修房的平稳过渡,满足了节能环保的客观要求,提高了新建民用建筑品质。

To avoid the material losses,environment pollution,and concealed danger of quality in the second-time fitting up and primary decoration of bland houses,researched on quality management and controlling procedures of fitment needs to be strengthened,which included the determination of building plane,the project and design of the fitment,the inspection and acceptance of show house,and the acceptance specification. Thus,the security,comfort and durability in new buildings of cities for civil use were promoted. By the innovation management of the well-designed and the precision construction,and the innovation quality control measure,a smooth transition between the bland house and the full decoration housing was ensured,which was satisfied with establishment of energy-conserving and environmentprotective,and improved the quality of the new buildings.
