摘要
建设工程质量直接关系到人民的生命财产安全和企业的经济效益。在我国,各级政府是工程质量的监管主体,但实际建设工程质量监管过程中存在很多问题。在阐述建设工程质量监督管理内容的基础上,分析当前工程质量在监督管理方面的主要问题。最后探讨和研究了完善建设工程质量监管的措施。
Construction quality is directly related to the economic benefits of people's lives and property and construction businesses. Governments at all levels are the supervise body of the project's quality. However,there were many practical problems in the process of construction quality control. This paper described the main contents of construction quality supervision,analyzed the main problems in supervision and management of quality. And then explored and studied the measures to improve supervision and management on construction engineering.
