摘要
根据当前住宅工程质量投诉的基本现状和投诉的特点,分析容易引发住宅工程质量问题投诉的若干原因,并提出处理住宅工程质量投诉的几点对策。
According to the characteristics of the basic situation and the current complaints of residential project quality complaints,this paper analyzed several reasons causing complaints of housing project quality problems,and put forward some countermeasures for the treatment of residential project quality complaints.
