针对近年来铝合金外窗渗漏方面的工程质量投诉不断出现的问题,从铝合金外窗工程的设计及构造措施、外窗材料生产工艺和安装工艺三个方面进行分析,结合某小区外窗渗漏工程实例,归纳出铝合金外窗气密性、水密性和抗风压性能不合格的原因,进而有针对性地提出相应的质量控制措施和质量监督手段。

In recent years,with the aluminum alloy windows leak of engineering quality complaints problems increasing,this paper carries on the analysis from the aluminum alloy three aspects of design and construction measures of the window,the production process of window materials and installation process,combined with a residence community window leakage project example,summarized the reasons of aluminum alloy windows airtight,water tightness and wind resistance performance not qualified,and then puts forward measures of quality control and quality supervision of the corresponding means.
