徐州市经济适用房质量指数监管研究

Research on the Supervision of Affordable Housing Quality Index System of Xuzhou City

总结分析国内外关于工程质量指数控制相关理论,针对徐州经济适用房的地域情况,结合国家的相关标准规范以及徐州市的质量要求标准,对各级指标进行权重分析评价,依托工程实例分析得到该工程的质量指数情况,为质量监管和质量控制提供参考。

This thesis analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign theory about engineering quality index control,analyzed and evaluated the weight for all levels of indicators in allusion to economically affordable housing in Xuzhou regional situation combined with the national standard of related standards and quality requirements of Xuzhou city,then analyzed methods according to the evaluation standards and finally got the quality index of one project which could be used as a reference of quality monitoring and control.
