浅谈对建设银行造价咨询业务发展的思考与建议 被引量:1

摘要 工程造价咨询是建设银行中间业务一项拳头产品。作为唯一不能被金融同业所复制的产品,造价业务越来越体现出较强的金融同业竞争优势,也越来越被各级分行所高度重视。截止2013年12月31日,江苏省分行实现造价咨询业务收入13.1亿元,但在取得成绩的同时,我们应该清醒的认识到我行的造价业务还面临着业务基础不牢,经营模式有待改进,竞争力下降等问题,还需对业务发展中深层次的矛盾多加思考。笔者结合自己从事造价工作实际,就我行造价咨询业务发展谈谈看法和建议。 the project cost consulting is a leading products of intermediate business of China Construction bank. That the only financial products cannot be copied, cost business increasingly reflects the strong financial competitive advantage, and more and more branches at all levels have attached great importance to. At the end of December 31, 2013, Jiangsu Province branch has implemented cost consulting business income of 1,31 billion yuan, but at the same time, we should be aware of the cost of service of our bank is also facing business base is not firm, business model needs to be improved, such as problems of declining competitiveness, the need for consideration of deepseated contradictions and business development. This paper will make views and suggestion about cost consulting business from the combination of actual work and theory.
