As the current domestic construction enterprise market increasing degree, is growing on the necessity of risk management, this paper sets the highway engineering project as an example, introducing the risk assessment matrix, the control interval, memory model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on, and tries to design a complete set of construction enterprise risk management index system and early-warning model.
