摘要
项目管理是在时间、成本控制等方面约束下的一种工作实践方法,因此项目进度计划在项目管理中就显得尤为重要。通常,在一般的项目管理过程中,制定、控制项目进度的工具有两种——网络计划图与甘特图。在进度管理过程中,成本控制也是非常重要的一个方面。本文基于两种进度计划图形各自的特点与其互补性,根据成本的发生时间将成本进度与之结合,研究了一种将网络图形、甘特图与项目成本进度结合表示的方法,从而使项目控制过程更加有效,更能体现图形的直观性。
Project management is a managing practice that based on time, cost etc, thus, project scheduling management is very important in this dimension. Generally, in the process of a project, the mostly used scheduling tools are network planning and the Gantt chart. Cost controlling is also a very important aspect. This article based on the different characters of the two scheduling tools, with cost plan integrated, gives a new network that contains both of critical path network and Gantt chart, with cost schedule include. With this figure, the project plan can be more effective, the feathers can be easily recognized.
