摘要
本文针对地质勘察企业存在的问题,结合项目管理理论和实践的经验,提出了地质勘察企业的项目管理构建体系,通过将公司治理、项目治理以及项目管理办公室的结合,以实现地质勘察企业的项目管理能力持续改进。
This article builds up a Project Management System, trying to combine the knowledge of project management theory and practical experiences, to deal with the problems in geological prospecting business. It contributes to the improvement of the project management ability of geological prospecting enterprises by means of combining corporate governance, project management and Project Management Office.
