摘要
国际工程EPC管理模式,是国际市场工程管理的趋势,本文结合伙伴关系模型的行为和交流要素,对马来西亚沫若水电站项目的EPC管理模式进行了分析,以期对我国工程企业走向国际市场提供参考与借鉴。
EPC(Engineering-Procurement-Construction) management mode becomes more and more popular nowadays in international construction project. This paper analyzes Murum Hydropower Station in Malaysia with EPC management mode, combined with Partnership Theory, and aims at providing some reference for China's enterprises in performing in international construction market.
