浅析国际工程总承包方面临的主要风险与对策

Analysis of the main risks and countermeasures about the international engineering contracting

随着我国企业"走出去"的步伐越迈越大,对外国际工程承包业务成为多数国有大型工程承包类企业的主要业务形式。本文根据笔者近年来从事国际工程总承包管理业务的一些经验,借鉴行业内对国际工程总承包业务的风险分析的一些成果,分别从总承包合同签订前及签订后两个阶段,分析国际工程总承包方所面临的主要风险与主要对策,以期给行业的同行在开展有关业务时给予关注,共同提高防御国际工程总承包业务风险能力。

Since Chinese enterprises develop faster and faster, the international engineering contracting business has become the main business in most large state owned construction enterprises. This paper, according to the experience of the author in recent years in the international project general contracting management, using the achievements on the risk analysis of international engineering contracting business, respectively from the two stages of the total contract signed before and after, analyses the main risks facing the international project general contracting parties and countermeasures, in order to give attention to carry out the business for industry peers, jointly improve the ability of avoid international engineering contracting business risk.
