摘要
电力企业要想在不断发展的社会中占有一席之地,必须具有高效的绩效管理,所以,不断改善电力企业营销的绩效管理模式才是提高企业管理、增强企业管理规范的有效途径。针对电力企业营销中绩效管理的使用,本文进行了深入的分析。
Power enterprises cannot take a place in the continuously developing society without a set of efficient performance management.
