Mathematical Modeling of Influence on the Process of Construction Due to Change of Labor Cost

施工进度是整个施工企业实现利益最大化的重要生命线之一,加快施工进程可以帮助施工企业缩短施工时间、降低施工成本以及实现利润最大化。现阶段施工中人工成本变化的现状表明,施工中人工成本的变化对其进度有直接影响。通过依据相关研究构建出的人工成本的变化对进度的影响数学建模和对2000-2011年安徽省建筑行业的实证分析发现:施工中人工成本的上扬可以降低施工进程,施工进程的加快可以降低施工过程中的人工成本。

Construction progress is one of the important lifelines for the construction enterprises to achieve maximum benefit, speeding up the construction process can help enterprises to shorten the construction time, reduce the construction cost and maximize profits. According to the current situation of changes occur in labor cost in construction process, we can see that the change of labor cost has a direct impact on its progress. Through analysis about the Mathematical Modeling of influence on the process of construction due to change of labor cost on the basis of related research, and comparing with the empirical analysis of the construction industry in Anhui province from 2000 to 2011,we come to a conclusion that: the rise of labor cost can slow down the pace of construction, while the speeding up of the pace of construction may reduce the labor cost in the construction process.
