受损桥梁不同时间维护成本优化计算模型

摘要 桥梁工程造价管理系统中,受损劣化桥梁结构的维护成本优化模型设计是维持桥梁安全,降低工程成本,保证服务水平的重要保证。传统的受损桥梁维护成本优化模型不能有效满足寿命期内维护成本现值最小化和状态指标最大化的原则。本文提出了基于能量补给生存期评估的受损桥梁维护成本优化模型,设计了常规维护模型、基于性能的维护策略模型和基于综合维护策略下的能量补给生存周期评估模型。数值仿真得出,该模型能提高桥梁结构可靠评估性,优化维护成本,在有限的财政资金下,得到成本现值最小的维护方案,节约维护成本15%。 The design of the maintenance cost optimization model for the degraded structure of damaged bridges is a vital assurance in maintaining bridges' safety, reducing project cost as well as in ensuring the service level in bridge engineer?ing cost management system. The traditional optimization model of the maintenance cost of damaged bridge cannot effec?tively meet the principle of realizing the minimization of the present value of maintenance cost meanwhile the maximiza?tion of state indicator within its life cycle. Maintenance cost optimization model of damaged bridge is proposed in this pa?per based on energy supply lifetime evaluation, beyond that, regular maintenance model, the model of maintenance strate?gy based on performance, and life cycle assessment model of energy supply based on comprehensive maintenance strategy are also designed. From numerical simulation, we can predict that this model can improve the reliability evaluation of bridge structure, optimize the maintenance cost, and under the limited financial fund, it can get the maintenance solutions with minimum cost present value, thus saving maintenance costs by 15%.
