摘要
本文通过对订单评审进行系统的研究,重点针对中小制造企业订单评审中存在的问题进行分析,对订单评审的内容、方式和流程等进行梳理与总结。从专业性和可操作性的角度出发,构建了科学合理的订单评审指标体系,为中小制造型企业订单评审的有效运作提供了工作思路和操作方法。
Currently there are some problems existing in the order review of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, which are casting adverse effects on enterprises' production efficiency and cost control issues. From the perspective of professionality and operability, constructing scientific and reasonable index system of order review can solve the above problems occuring in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises' order review operation. Only by doing a good job in order review, can we satisfy the customers, make the enterprise gain benefit, and eventually achieve the winwin targets not only for customers and employees, but also for companies and society.
