摘要
公共交通运输对在建房地产项目的促进性一直缺少完整有效的理论分析。采用改进最大最小蚂蚁算法作为理论基础建立的模型可以有效分析这一问题。该方法将公共交通路线优化后的房地产销售项目的盈利结果输入分销利润模型进行分析,对特殊地区公共交通线路优化后的建筑产品的分销情况进行量化。实验结果表明该种模型从公共交通路线优化角度对房屋销售水平、市场占有率以及利润增长率变化进行了描述,具有较高的应用价值。
As for public transport's promotion for real estate projects under construction there has always been a lack of complete and effective theoretical analysis. With the improved Maximin Ant Algorithm as a theoretical basis to establish a model can effectively analyze this problem. This method will input real estate sales project's profit result, which occurs after public transportation route optimization, into the profit distribution model to proceed the analysis, and then quantify the distribution situation of building products in special area after its public transportation routes' optimization. Experimental results show that from the perspective of public transportation route optimization,this model describes changes of the level of housing sales, market share and profit growth rate, and thus has higher application value.
