建筑行业推行与发展绿色建筑的制约因素探析

Analysis of the Restricting Factors in Construction Industry's Promoting and Developing Green Buildings

建筑行业绿色建筑顺应可持续发展观,是未来建筑的发展方向,我国已经高度重视建筑行业绿色建筑的推广工作。但由于我国整体经济发展的相对落后及建筑行业高度综合性的原因,真正意义的建筑行业绿色建筑的发展还面临诸多困难。本文论述了我国普及建筑行业绿色建筑工作中目前存在的诸多不利因素,希望能引起社会各方对发展绿色建筑的重视。

Green building in construction industry complies with the sustainable development concept, it guides the development direction for the future construction industry, therefore our country has attached great importance to the promotion of green building in construction industry. But due to the overall economic development of our country is relatively backward, and that the construction industry is highly integrated, the development of true green building in construction industry faces many difficulties. This paper analyzes quite a few unfavorable factors which currently existing in the popularization of green building in construction industry in China, in hope of causing the attention of people from all walks of life.
