摘要
传统的建筑施工企业人力调度与工程进度关系模型采用多元线性回归数学模型,对建筑施工企业人力成本的特征融合和效益预测精度不高。本文提出一种基于模糊指派和粗糙集算法的人力成本调度与建筑工程进度关系模型,分析了影响建筑施工人力成本调度的参数模型,建立人力成本调度和离职风险调度系统,分析人力成本调度与相关影响因子是线性相关系,实现对风险概率的评估和数据库信息的调取匹配,构建人力调度模糊指派调度集合,得到建筑施工企业人力成本调度信息的粗糙集耦合特性数学模型,基于模糊指派和粗糙集算法实现对关系模型的构建和改进。仿真实验表明,该模型能对建筑施工企业人力成本合理调度,人力成本管理效益较好,在降低企业管理成本的同时提高了经济增长指数,具有较好的应用价值。
Adopting MLR(Multiple Linear Regression) mathematical model, the traditional model of the relation between construction enterprise's human cost scheduling and construction project progress proved to be complex in construction enterprise's human cost's feature fusion and also has low benefit prediction accuracy. Based on rough set and fuzzy assign?ment algorithm, the article puts forward a relation model between construction enterprise's human cost scheduling and construction project progress, it analyzes the parameter model which affecting the dispatching of the construction labor cost, establishes labor scheduling and dimission risk dispatching system, by analysis it gets that there is a linear relation?ship between labor dispatching and the related influence factors, and then realizes the risk probability assessment and the retrieval and matching of database information, then establishes a scheduling set for the fuzzy assignment of human cost scheduling, obtains the coupling property mathematical model related to the human cost scheduling information of con?struction enterprise, eventually accomplishes the establishment and improvement of the relation model based on rough set and fuzzy assignment algorithm. Simulation experiments show that this model can reasonably schedule construction enter?prise's human cost, thus having higher labor cost management efficiency, at the same time, it can improve the economic growth index while reducing the management cost of the enterprises, therefore has good application value.
