Nowadays, the society has entered into a high-speed economic developing era, meanwhile resources turn to be more precious and scarce in this period. Under such circumstance, management ideas which are favorable for our country's sustainable economic development become the priority among priorities, and energy-saving of architectural structure becomes the leading development theme in today's construction industry. On basis of reaching the ultimate difference value between the consumption cost of structure energy-saving building and that of traditional building, the article shows us the significance of building's energy conservation design currently. Additionally, it discusses the interaction effect between the two when project cost control management is introduced into the architectural structure energy saving segment. Eventually, it conducted analysis of the relationship between architectural structure energy saving and project cost control measures, hoping to provide some reference for the same industry.
