成本造价与建筑生产效率的关系分析与对比

Analysis and Comparison of the Relationship between Cost and Construction Production Efficiency

在土建施工建筑中,建筑成本造价与建筑生产效率之间存在关联性规则关系,需要分析建筑成本造价与建筑生产效率的关系。本文提出一种基于建筑成本量化评估和生产效率分离控制的数学模型,通过分析成本造价与生产效率关系,优化施工现场的成本管理和加强施工现场的安全管理,提高建筑施工的效率。首先分析大型土木建设施工的成本控制和建筑生产效率的关系模型,然后采用建筑成本量化评估和生产效率分离控制方法进行数学模型构建,实现成本造价和建筑生产效率关系的分析对比,指导有效工程施工管理和造价分析。实验结果表明,该模型能准确实现工程造价成本预测,降低工程成本,提高生产效率,具有优越性能。

In civil construction, there seems to be some kind of rule of relevancy connecting its cost and production effi?ciency, therefore, it's necessary to analyze the relationship between them. In this article, the author puts forward a kind of mathematical model based on quantitative evaluation on construction costs and separation control of production efficien?cy, by analyzing the relationship between cost and production efficiency, it tries to optimize and strengthen the cost and safety management of construction site, and thereafter improve the efficiency of the construction. First analyze the relation?ship model of the cost control of large-scale civil construction and the construction production efficiency, then through adopting construction cost quantitative evaluation and production efficiency separation control method to build a mathe?matical model, with that to realize the analytical comparison of the relationship between the cost and building productionefficiency, hence guide the effective construction management and engineering cost analysis. The experimental results show that the model can accurately realize the prediction of project cost, reduce the project cost, and eventually improve the production efficiency, therefore having superior performance.
