Analysis of Cost Management and Its Impact on the Performance of Large Infrastructure Projects

大型基建项目中的成本管理是建设过程中非常重要的组成部分,其可实现建设经费的合理运行。但目前研究还不充分,就我国建设项目管理体系能力来看,还有相当程度的改善提升空间。本文对大型基建项目中的成本管理工作进行深入的研究与讨论,分析目前我国建设项目中的成本控制现状,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,进而提高成本管理对大型基建项目绩效的积极影响作用。

Cost management in large infrastructure projects is a very important part in the construction process, through which the reasonable operation of the construction funds can be realized. However, the current study is not enough, as for the ability of the construction project's management system in China, there is considerable space for its improvement. The article develops in-depth research and discussion on the cost management work of large infrastructure projects, analyzes the present status of the cost control of construction projects in China, and then on this basis puts forward the correspond?ing countermeasures, thus to improve cost management's positive influence on the performance of large infrastructure proj?ects.
