摘要
建筑业可以被看作一个具有多个子系统的复杂系统,各个子系统之间相互作用产生协调效应,能够推动建筑业的可持续发展。本文在建立建筑业可持续发展指标的基础上,构建了建筑业经济-资源环境-社会系统协调发展评价模型,并结合河南省建筑业相关数据,计算河南建筑业各子系统综合发展水平值及协调度。计算结果表明,2004-2011年8年间河南省建筑业总体发展形势良好,各子系统之间协调发展状况良好,发展趋势平稳。
Construction industry can be regarded as a complex system with multiple subsystems, it is the coordination ef?fect generated by the interactions among the subsystems that promotes the sustainable development of construction indus?try. On basis of establishing the sustainable development indicators, the article builds the evaluation model of the coordi?nated development of economy- resources environment- social system in construction industry, and through combining with the related data of Henan construction industry, it calculates the comprehensive development level and the degree of coordination of each subsystem in Henan construction industry. Calculations show that from 2004 to 2011, in 8 years the overall development situation of Henan construction industry is good, the coordinated development among each subsys?tems is in good condition, and the development trend is stationary.
