经评审的最低投标价法是我国常用的一种评标办法。本文主要采用文献综述和图表分析的方法,在研究经评审的最低投标价法下评审标准和投标策略相关性的基础上,根据相关学者现有的研究观点,进一步对经评审的最低投标价法下评审标准和投标策略进行分析研究,提出自己的见解,以期为业主在经评审的最低投标价法下识别承包商的投标报价是否低于成本价提供一些借鉴。

Lowest bidding price evaluated is a common bid evaluation method in our country. Mainly adopting methods of literature review and chart analysis, and based on study of the review standard under lowest bidding price evaluated and the correlation between bidding strategies, then according to the existing research viewpoints from relevant scholars, the article develops further analytical investigation on the review standard and bidding strategy under the lowest bidding price evaluated, then puts forward its own views, in order to provide some reference for the owner to identify whether the con?tractor's tender offer is below the cost under the lowest bidding price evaluated.
