Some Opinions on Settlement Issues in Landscape Engineering of Real Estate Industry

如今,由于一些苗木的信息指导价不明确,绿化工程中新品种、新技术、新工艺推广较快等原因,给园林绿化工程结算带来了不少困难。基于此,本文论述了房地产行业园林绿化工程的特点,分析当前房地产行业园林绿化工程结算中存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出解决的对策,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。

Nowadays, that the information-guided prices of some nursery stocks are ambiguous, affiliated by the rapid pop?ularization of new varieties, new technologies and new processes in landscape engineering and etc., have brought many dif?ficulties to the settlement of landscape engineering. Based on this, this paper discusses the characteristics of landscape en?gineering in real estate industry, analyzes the problems that exist in the landscaping project settlement of current real es?tate industry, and puts forward the countermeasures according to actual situation, in hope of providing some valuable refer?ence.
