摘要
房产价格密切关乎中国亿万百姓的生活,对广大居民百姓产生了重大的影响。房企上市融资对房价的影响一直是一个有争议的话题,如何准确理解两者的关系,是经济学中的一个难点。本文对房地产的价格影响因素-上市融资进行深入的分析,分析了上市融资对房地产价格的影响,力争对两者的关系给出较为准确的理论依据。
Property price is not only closely related to but also has a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of millions of people in China. Enterprise listed financing's impact on housing prices has always been a controversial topic, how to ac?curately understand the relationship between the two is a difficult point in economics. In this paper, the author develops deep analysis on one of the price affecting factors of real estate-listed financing, analyzes listed financing's influences on real estate’s prices, by doing so it tries to provide some relatively accurate theoretical basis for the relationship be?tween the two.
