摘要
园林工程项目属于综合性较强的工程,通过科学合理有效的风险管理,不仅节省施工时间,还能够有效降低成本。本文基于风险管理理论,分析了园林工程项目施工建设中存在的风险,从四个方面提出园林工程项目风险管理对策,以期对园林施工企业的管理工作提供参考。
Landscape engineering project belongs to engineering of strong integrity,through scientific, rational and effective risk management, not only the construction time can be saved, but also the cost of the project can be effectively reduced. Supported by the theory of risk management, the article analyzes the existing risks in the construction of landscape engineering projects, then puts forward the risk management measures for landscape engineering projects from four aspects,so as to provide references for the management of landscape construction enterprises.
