危楼拆除中智能化运用与爆破预算成本控制优化 被引量:1

摘要 当前的危楼拆除中,缺少智能化的设备控制爆破拆除过程,且由于点火过程的随机化,造成爆破成本过高。随着自动控制技术的发展,西门子S7-300PLC在工业生产过程控制领域中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文提出将S7-300PLC应用于危楼拆除定向爆破点火控制系统中,以用于保证施工人员的安全;介绍了S7-300PLC的插槽板卡模型设计、模拟量和开关量搭配构建,以及运算模式;研究了关键变量超限幅度过大,接近危险值时,联锁保护系统启动备用设备或自动停车的原理,实现了安全保护。通过实际工程试验,使用了S7-300PLC的智能化拆除方式,可以大幅节约爆破预算成本。 Nowadays, in dangerous building's demolition, intelligent equipments are scarcely applied in controlling the demolition blasting process, and because of ignition process' s randomization, the cost of blasting is very high. Along with the development of the automatic control technology, Siemens S7-300 PLC has obtained increasingly comprehensive applications in the control of industrial processes. In this regard, the paper proposes to apply S7-300 PLC in the directional blasting ignition control system of dangerous building's demolition, in order to guarantee the safety of the construction personnel; introduces the model design of the slot board card, the collocation and construction of analog quantity and switching value, as well as the arithmetic modes; meanwhile discusses the interlock protection system's principles when the key variable's transfinite range is too big, even approaching the risk value, it starts the standby equipment or automatic shutdown to achieve the safety protection. Actual engineering test shows that using S7-300 PLC intelligent demolition manner can greatly save the blasting cost budget.
