Comprehensive Evaluation of the Development Level of Construction Industry Based on Improved Entropy Method

摘要 建筑行业发展涉及经济、社会、资源、环境等诸多要素,科学描述和评价其发展的现实状况,对于认清建筑业的发展水平和发展趋势、明确建筑业发展过程中存在的问题、制定相关政策等有着重要的意义。可从产业经济、社会科技、资源环境三个方面,建立建筑业发展水平综合评价指标体系,构建基于改进熵值法的建筑业发展水平综合评价模型。针对2004-2012年的指标统计数据进行实证研究,赋权结果表明,建筑企业个数、技术装备率、促进社会发展、建成区绿化覆盖率、建筑固体垃圾产生量5个指标是影响建筑业发展水平的主要因素;评价结果表明,我国建筑业发展水平综合评价指数呈现持续增长的态势,发展水平指数从2004年的0.1047增长到2012年的0.1211,但部分年份有所波动。 The development of construction industry involves many elements, such as economy, society, resources and en?vironment, and the scientific description and evaluation of the practical condition of its development is of great signifi?cance not only in recognizing construction industry's development level, trend, and the problems existing in the develop?ment process of this industry, but also in formulating related policies. Comprehensive evaluation index system of the devel?opment level of construction industry can be built from three aspects:namely industrial economy, information society tech?nologies, and resources and environment, so does the building of the comprehensive evaluation model of the development level of construction industry based on the improved entropy method. Empirical research has been conducted against the index statistical data from 2004 to 2012, empowerment results show that the number of construction companies, rate of technical equipage, social development promotion, green coverage rate of construction area and output of building solid waste are five indexes which make up the main factors influencing the level of construction industry development;evalua?tion results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of China's construction industry development level presents a trend of sustained growth, its development level index has climbed from 0.1047 in 2004 to 0.1211 in 2012, with fluctua?tion in some year.
