摘要
政府投资项目涉及到社会生活诸多领域,直接关系国民经济的快速发展和和谐社会的构建。如何加强政府投资项目管理、确保工程质量、提高投资效益已成为百姓关注、政府重视的热点、焦点问题。本文以全过程造价咨询业务在政府投资项目实施过程中的地位为视角,论述了该业务发挥的作用;总结了该业务存在的问题,并提出来了应对的对策和建议。
Being connected with many fields in social life, the government-invested projects are directly related to the rapid development of national economy and the construction of a harmonious society. How to strengthen the management of government investment projects, ensure project quality, and improve the investment benefit have become the focus issues concerned by both common people and the government. From the perspective of whole process cost consultation business' status in the implementation process of government-invested projects, the article discusses the role this business has been playing, summarizes the problems existing in it and then puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the settlement of these problems.
