随着高校修缮工程的规模和数量逐年攀升,工程审计受到了越来越多的关注。本文针对高校修缮工程审计过程中存在的问题,结合多年工程审计经验,从加强相关制度建设、规范工程管理程序、加强合同管理、加强修缮工程全过程审计、严把结算审计关、加强审计人员队伍建设、创新审计技术等方面提出相应的建议和对策。

With the escalating of college restoration project's scale and quantity in recent years, construction audit has been drawing growing concerns from all walks of life. Against the problems existing in the process of college restoration project audit, combining with the experiences in engineering audit for ages, and from aspects like strengthening the con?struction of relevant systems, normalizing the program of engineering management procedure, strengthening contract man?agement, enhancing the whole process auditing of restoration project, being strict with settlement auditing, strengthening the audit personnel team construction, innovation of auditing technology and etc., the article puts forward the correspond?ing suggestions and countermeasures.
