电力工程建设项目管理效率依赖于其管理模式的实施,EPC总承包模式作为国际上一种先进的管理模式,正被我国越来越多的电力工程建设所采用,因此深入研究EPC总承包管理模式实施具有重要的意义。本文概述了电力工程EPC总承包管理模式的流程,采用对比的方法,分析了电力工程EPC承包管理模式相对于传统模式实施的优势,并从四个方面系统阐述了电力工程EPC总承包管理模式顺利实施的保障措施,具有一定的参考价值。

The management efficiency of electric power engineering construction project depends on the implementation of its management mode, as an internationally advanced management mode, EPC general contracting mode is being adopted by more and more electric power engineering constructions in our country, therefore the in-depth study of the implementation of EPC general contracting management mode is of great significance. This article summarizes the technological process of EPC general contracting management mode in electric power engineering, using the method of comparison, it analyzes the advantages of EPC contracting management mode compared with the traditional mode for electric power engineering, and from four aspects, it expounds systematically the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of EPC general contracting management mode in electric power engineering.
