Between stock and listed real estate companies, there has always been intricate relationship, accurately grasping stock market volatility's influence on the listed real estate companies is of great significance for the development of enterprise and national economy. This paper focuses on stock market fluctuations' impact on real estate economy, and by empirical study it verifies the views which has been proposed, then comes to the conclusion with theoretical foundation.
