摘要
利益分配制度是造价咨询机构内部管理制度中非常重要的一项制度,如何设计、运用好利益分配制度,对咨询机构稳定人才队伍、激发员工的主动性和积极性乃至咨询机构的长远发展有着至关重要的意义,本文从利益分配原则、薪酬制度的特点等五方面论述咨询机构的利益分配制度的设计、运用及注意事项。
The interest distribution system is a very important system in the internal management system of cost consultation organization. How to design and make good use of the interest distribution system is of great importance for the consulting agencies to stabilize talent team, stimulate the initiative enthusiasm of employees, and even for the long-term development of consulting agencies. From five aspects such as benefit distribution principle, the characteristics of the salary system and so on, the article discusses the design, use and points for attention of the interests distribution system of consulting agencies.
