On basis of explaining the 2013 Version of the Specification of the Bill of Quantities Valuation,the article proceeds one by one analysis against the common problems found in the settlement verification of construction project completion,then puts forward the solutions and general solving ideas.Which will provide reference in reducing the disputes in construction settlement auditing and the improvement of cost control ability under the mode of valuation.
