摘要
信息不对称使得商业银行对总承包商信用评价时存在很大风险。为最大限度防范风险,本文从建筑供应链视角考虑了建筑供应链因素对总承包商的影响,提出以融资主体信用风险评价、项目环境风险评价、建筑供应链风险评价三个评价体系组成基于建筑供应链总承包商信用风险评价指标体系。对三轮筛选后的指标,进行探索性因子分析和信度、效度的检验,最终确立由48个指标构成的基于建筑供应链的总承包商信用风险评价指标体系,为商业银行进行信用风险评价提供借鉴。
Information asymmetry often brings big risks to commercial banks when they carry the credit risk assessments on general contractors. In order to minimize the risks, from the perspective of construction supply chain, taking into account the influence of factors of construction supply chain on the general contractors, the article puts forward the credit risk assessment index system to general contractors based on construction supply chain, which made up of three assessment systems, namely financing body credit risk assessment, project environmental risk assessment, construction supply chain risk assessment. After exploratory factor analysis and test on the reliability and validity of the indexes obtained after three rounds of screening tests, it ultimately establishes that the credit risk assessment index system to general contractors made up of 48 indexes and based on construction supply chain is proposed to be used in providing reference for commercial banks to carry the credit risk assessments.
