摘要
本文从建筑节能和工程造价管理的现状以及存在的问题入手,分析了建筑节能对工程造价的影响,并提出了适应节能要求的工程造价管理改革措施。
From building energy efficiency and the present situation of project cost management as well as the existing problems,the article analyzes building energy efficiency's influence on engineering cost,and puts forward some reform measures in project cost management to adapt to the energy conservation requirements.
