摘要
随着建筑行业的不断发展,人们对办公以及生活自动化需求的不断增长,智能建筑行业市场还在不断扩大,智能建筑物的结构、系统、服务和管理日趋复杂,相关的设计和施工成本的影响因素较大,对物联网技术下的智能建筑的成本控制以及工程造价的管理模型的设计越来越困难。本文提出一种基于智能建筑成本的约束参量贡献程度自适应加权的物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制与工程造价预测模型,首先进行了成本控制的问题描述和工程造价的约束参量分析,然后进行物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制与工程造价预测模型设计,提高了工程造价的预测和控制性能。数据分析实验结果表明,该方法能有效提高物联网技术下智能建筑的成本控制的精度和工程造价预测的准确性,降低了工程成本,提高施工进度和质量。
With the continuous development of the construction industry, people's need of automation in work and living also grows continually. As the industry market of intelligent building continues to expand, the structure, system, service and management of intelligent buildings are becoming more and more complex, adding that the effect factors of relevant design and construction cost are relatively large, the design for the model of cost control and management of intelligent buildings under the Internet of things turns to be more and more difficult. This paper presents a kind of cost control and project cost prediction model of intelligent building under the Internet of things based on the constraint parameter contribution degree adaptive weighting of intelligent building cost, firstly it makes analysis of the descriptions of the problems and the project cost constraint parameter, then under the Internet of things,it conducts the design of intelligent buildings' cost control and project cost prediction model, thus to improve the performance of project cost prediction and control. Data analysis and experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the precision of cost control and the accuracy of cost prediction of intelligent buildings under the Internet of things, thus reducing project cost, improving the construction progress and quality.
