Digital microscopic imaging system is modern and informational development for traditional visual optical microscopic imaging observation. A digital microscopic imaging system with high performance is presented, a series of key techniques involved such as photo electronic translation of optical microscopic image, improvement of temporal spacial resolution of images, design of specific analytic software, are explained, some successful applications are also introduced.
