化学气相沉积、热化学和热反应扩散处理用的流态床反应器在铁和有色合金上的应用

摘要 根据流态床用于传统(碳基和氮基)表面热处理和高温CVD镀覆的评述,R.W.Reynoldson对金属元素沉积和扩散的热反应过程进行了验证,提出了低温热化学和热反应工艺作为传统CVD和PVD技术的另一种选择.
