摘要
本文在给出数字图书馆的概念和模型的基础上 ,探讨了数字图书馆发展的必然性和重要性及高校数字图书馆建设的思路 。
Based on given idea and model about digital library,the paper tries to discuss the development importance of digital library and the constructive idea of university digital library and still propose several ways for care in construction of digital library.
