图书馆副馆长在图书馆管理活动中处于重要、特殊而复杂的地位。要当好辅佐 ,必须掌握领导方法和领导艺术 ,处理好与馆长、同级、下级的关系 ;在工作方法上求“活”,在生活方式上求“严”,在对待同志上求“真”;同时在自身素质上下功夫。
The sublibrarian is an important and special position in a library governing team.To be a good assistant,it is necessary to master the skills and the arts as a leader,keep good relationships with the ruler,peers and subordinates,be creative in the work,be strict in the life style and be frankly in the treatment of comrades,keep improving own accomplishment.
