摘要
本文基于国内外最新研究成果对电子商务中应用的Web挖掘技术进行了研究。对于个性化电子商务网站中难以发现用户行为特征问题 ,给出了基于Web日志的客户群体聚类算法及Web页面聚类算法。利用这些Web挖掘技术可有效挖掘用户个性特征 ,从而指导电子商务网站资源的组织和分配。
Based on the latest research results, this paper is mainly about Web mining technologies that applied in E Commerce. With Web log, this paper gives many customer segments clustering algorithms and Web pages clustering algorithms. These Web mining technologies can typically mine characteristic of action of users in Internet and they can also be used to direct organizing and re allotting resources of E Commerce sites.
