With the emergence of the intelligence economy and the virtual economy, more and more hi tech enterprises are combined into the virtual dynamic cooperative alliance in order to share resources. In this paper, the character of information flow for the VPE leader is analyzed and the information exchange mode of the VPE leader is mainly discussed to ensure the effective management for the VPE leader.
