摘要 采用文献资料、理论分析方法对新旧动能转换与产业转型升级之间的关系和创新对新旧动能转换的驱动机制开展定性研究。通过国家、产业和企业三个层面探讨了新旧动能转换的创新动力来源,分析了作为核心驱动力的技术创新、作为关键驱动力的服务创新和作为保障力的体制创新对新旧动能转换的作用机制。在创新驱动发展战略背景下,立足当前新旧动能转换的内涵和发展趋势,有针对性地提出了加快新旧动能转换的相应策略。 By way of documentary data and theoretical analysis, this article aims to carry out a qualitative research on the relationship between new and old kinetic energy conversion and industrial transformation and upgrading, and the innovation-driven mechanism for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy. Through the national, industrial and corporate levels, this article discusses the sources of innovation for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, and analyzes the mechanism of technological innovation as a core driving force, service innovation as a key driving force, and institutional innovation as a safeguard to the conversion of new and old kinetic energy. Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy, based on the connotation and development trend of the current transition of new and old kinetic energy, some adaptive strategies to foster the conversion of new and old kinetic energy have been put forward.
